An Asian Advance for Christ’s Kingdom

Perhaps in all church history, no region of the world has witnessed more rapid growth of the church than we are seeing today in Asia.  The number of those coming to Christ daily in India, China, and other parts of Asia is astounding!  At the same time, Christians in many parts of Asia continue to face hardship, persecution, and even martyrdom.

Did you know there are more Christians today in China than in the United States?  Yet because of the vastness of the nation China is still considered largely unreached with the Gospel.  The rise of commerce, globalization, and mass urbanization has created new Kingdom opportunities.  Many urban pastors in China and other parts of Asia are also marketplace leaders.  They are entrepreneurs and business managers who leverage their positions as ministers of the Gospel.

The need for discipleship and leadership training is vital in these nations!  Many believers – many pastors – are still very new in their walk with Christ.  They have little context for personalizing and applying Scripture to their daily living.

This is where you and I together can make a very significant contribution to Christ’s Kingdom purposes.  The potential is so huge in these nations for a fresh missions force to emerge that will advance the Gospel and Christ’s Kingdom to the entire world!  But they need our help, training, and encouragement.

Partners who want to see Christ known worldwide enable Global Advance to equip pastors and Christian marketplace leaders throughout Asia.  We invite you to join this great opportunity for a global advance of the Gospel.  As the Lord directs, sow a generous financial seed to help us impact these nations for Christ.  Then join with us in prayer for godly leaders to be raised up throughout Asia to truly become a force in the earth!

Gratefully commissioned,

Jonathan Shibley
